I have been a licensed Realtor since 1997, originally licensed in CO and now covering the greater Charlotte NC area, to include south of Charlotte into SC. I am licensed in both NC and SC. I specialize in new construction and existing residential home sales as well as vacant land and investment properties. My husband and I have 2 successful grown children that we have raised in the Lake Norman/Charlotte area. Having lived in this area for 23 years, I have extensive knowledge of the Charlotte area real estate markets. We have been impressed with the schools, safety, and integrity of those we meet day to day here, and with the lake activities, parks, shopping, and cultural diversity of Charlotte, there is always something to do! My husband Rick was a licensed general contractor and land developer for 25 years. Together we built and sold over 300 new homes in and around Windsor, Greeley, and Loveland Colorado from 1997 to 2001. We moved to NC in 2001 and continued our land development and new construction in the Lake Norman area. We also currently rehab and resell foreclosure homes and develop small tracts of land for homesites.
